ALFI PE Fund closed an investment in MDT&T d.o.o. and became majority owner of Slovenian private medical institution for imaging diagnostics based in Maribor (Slovenia). The company MDT&T specializes in radiology, thyrology and diabetology. Within the radiological clinic they perform magnetic resonance tomography, X ray imaging, diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasonically guided procedures. In the thyroid disease clinic, morphological thyroid gland changes are treated, including enlarged and lumpy modified glands and functional disorders of the thyroid gland such as excessive and reduced production of thyroid hormone (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism). MDT&T is a 100 owner of Šubic diabetologija d.o.o. a company which provides services in the field of diabetology. In their clinic they perform regular checks for patients with diabetes type 1 and type 2 as well as diabetes during pregnancy. ALFI PE Fund acquired majority ownership stake in Elektronički računi d.o.o. (service “Moj-eRačun”) the largest, private information intermediary for the exchange of eInvoices in Croatia "We are pleased to be able to participate in the further development and growth of the e-Invoices market in Croatia. Currently, only about 25 percent of invoices are issued in electronic form, which represents a big potential for further growth and development of the e-Invoices market and supplementary digital services.
